BOD meetings are held on the second Monday of each month, at the Longmont Senior Center at 7:00 PM. The agenda is generally: Review/approval of minutes, Reports (Officers, Committees, NGLA), Ongoing Business, New Business, Owners to be Heard, and Wrap-up. All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend BOD meetings.
Annual HOA Meeting: The next annual HOA meeting is scheduled for Mon Dec 2, 2024 from 7:00 - 8:30 PM, at the Senior Center in rooms D and E. Here are the Agenda for the 2023 meeting and the 2025 Proposed Budget. A newer agenda will be posted here when it is available. Please send a Proxy Form if you cannot attend, and make sure the holder of your proxy knows how you want your votes cast.
