About The Reserve at Ute Creek

The Reserve is located in northeast Longmont, CO, bordering the Ute Creek municipal golf course. Click here to see a a map of our neighborhood (here is an areal photo). We are a small community of 70 homes, and we enjoy beautiful views of the front range of the Rocky Mountains and the Ute Creek golf course. Our community has a quiet elegance, with easy access to community services, outdoor recreation, and cultural attractions. The Reserve is about 40 minutes north of Denver, and 45 minutes east of Rocky Mountain National Park, arguably one of the most beautiful National Parks in the United States. So enjoy the many things Longmont and Colorado have to offer, or just take a relaxing stroll around the neighborhood and enjoy our well maintained common areas (nearly 5 acres!). Why not take a photo-tour of the neighborhood now?

Here is what our neighbors say about The Reserve:

About Our Homeowners Association

The Reserve is a self-governed HOA. Our governing documents allow for three to five annually-elected board members, and appointed committee members as needed. We currently have five active board members who meet about once a month to conduct HOA business (BOD meetings are open to all homeowners; please attend!). Since we are a small HOA, most of our business deals with maintaining an attractive neighborhood. We have annual Owner's meetings in December to elect board members, and we occasionally have an Owner's meeting in the Summer if necessary. Several of our neighbors coordinate summer barbecues in neighborhood. We have annual block parties to provide a fun, non-business, event where neighbors can get to better know one another. "Thank you" to the City of Longmont's department of Community Neighborhood Resources for helping to plan and host these events.
